Prof Abdul Ashraf Noor passed away at the Combined Military Hospital ( CMH), Dhaka on October 12, says a press release.
He left behind two sons, daughter-in-law, two grandsons and well-wishers and relatives to mourn his death.
Professor Noor started his teaching profession in 1957 at Rangpur Carmichael College. In 1960, he became a faculty member of the then East Pakistan Cadet College, currently known as Faujdarhat Cadet College.
In 1996, he retired as Principal of Pabna Cadet College.
