Proper environ vital for children, women in every family

Social crimes like repression on children and women have been reduced to a great extent in the country. But mental anxiety among the members of all ages including women, children, boys, girls and youths is increasing. Mental disturbances, tension and row in the family have spread massively, which is a big barrier to the social progress, reports BSS.
Every member of a family more or less is falling prey to problems as the family has to go through various troubles. As the state of the women in our society is still at the worst level, the children of these families are being mostly affected.
As bad as the condition of a mother in a family, the mental condition of their children remains that much dire. As a result, these children go off the track as they do not grow normally.
Dowry is one of the main reasons for the family problems. Due to this social vice, women in many families fall prey to repressions. Many are also dying. Though we do not have exact statistics, its dreadfulness has become a fright to us. This issue will have to be taken into our consideration.
Various types of social instability now prevail in different families due to a range of reasons. Women and children are being deprived in various ways. They are not getting favourable circumstances due to various adverse living conditions.
And for this, various incidents are being staged by the family members suffering from different problems. The number of such incidents would have come down had the trial of these offences been held and the field of women's dignity been expanded.
The environment that is needed for the children and women is almost absent in many families. The women in these families are not getting favourable atmosphere for living. Like that, the children's mental faculty are not flourishing properly.
There is no dearth of unusual incidents in our society. Time has come now to think with importance what we should do to encounter such bizarre incidents. Most of those who are committing crimes like killing and mugging in today's society are deprived of normal environment.
It has been proved from various case studies that the children who grow in an abnormal environment get involved in various crimes when they become mature.
All will have to think about the issue of maintaining family peace to bring back smooth environment in the society. It is necessary for the women to become self- sufficient financially to save themselves from repression. Like that ensuring justice for every crime against women is also essential.
Torture is being inflicted on a person as he or she is not financially self- sufficient. Because of this a woman is being compelled to accept a repressed life.
According to Dr Mohit Kamal, a renowned psychiatrist in the country, a seed of positive characteristics will have to be sowed among the children from their childhood.
"The issues of encouraging the children by praising their good work and not focusing on their undesirable attitude as much as possible are also important. Such children could say no to the ill-wishers," he said.
