QSK's brilliant performance

All the students of Quantum Shishu Kanon (QSK), a remote school for the children of disadvantaged tribal community in Bandanban district, passed the primary school terminal examination in first division with 17 per cent securing scholarship in both talent pool and general grade.
Some 36 pupils of tribal and Bangali community appeared in the first of its kind examination from all the unions of remote Lama thana last November.
The talent list which was published by the Primary Education Directorate on Monday last disclosed that three students got scholarship in talent pool and three others in general grade.
QSK, run by Quantum Foundation, was established in a remote area in Lama thana in 2001.
