Quantum school retains 1st position in parade

Quantum Cosmo School of Bandarban district earned the first position for the fourth time in the national children and juvenile parade held on Monday at Bangabandhu National Stadium on the occasion of the Independence Day.

BF Shahin College secured the second position while Sarkari Shishu Paribar the third position, organised by District Administration to celebrate the Independence Day.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina witnessed the parade and took salute.

This year, students of some 49 schools and children organisations from different parts of the country took part in the march past.

Quantum Cosmo School participated in two groups -- 66 students in the march past and 176 in the band group.
