Rain/thunder showers with intense lightning flashes and temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places across the country until 6:00pm today (Sunday), according to Met office.

.The country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 36.4 degrees Celsius in Chandpur and minimum was 18.0 Celsius in Badalgachhi of Rajshahi.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.0 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 24.4 degrees.
