Rehana elected NSU Foundation Chairman

Rehana Rahman, a founder life member of North South University (NSU) Foundation, was unanimously elected the chairman of the foundation for 2007-08 term at its 15th Annual General Meeting held Tuesday. Rahman served the NSU Foundation previously as its Vice Chairman, said a press release.
A graduate in economics, Rehana is a successful woman entrepreneur. Presently, apart from being the Managing Director of Bengal Tradeways Ltd, she is the Chairman of Knitex Dyeing and Printing Ltd and Gitano Apparels Ltd. She is also one of the sponsor directors of Southeast Bank Ltd. Besides, she is an executive member of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Bangladesh (WEAB) and the United Nations Association of Bangladesh (UNAB).
