Road mishap injures three ETV crew

SIRAJGANJ, Dec 17 (UNB): Three crew members of private TV channel ETV, including special correspondent Rashed Ahmed, were injured seriously as a bus hit their microbus Wednesday noon when they were accompanying BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia's motorcade.
The two other injured are ETV cameraman Asaduzzaman Asad and microbus driver Rabiul Islam.
Police and witnesses said the accident occurred at about 12:50 pm at Bhuiyangati in Raiganj Upazila when a Dhaka-bound passenger bus from Joypurhat rammed into the ETV microbus. The badly damaged ETV microbus skidded off the road from the impact of the accident.
The injured ETV crew were admitted to Bogra Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
