Robbers loot Tk 0.8m goods in Narsingdi

NARSINGDI, SEPT 30 (UNB): Robbers looted valuables worth over Tk 0.8 million from the house of a businessman at Madhabdi municipality in Sadar Upazila Friday night.
Sources said the gang numbering eight to nine swooped on the house of businessman Habibur Rahman at 10pm.
They tied up the maid-servant of the house, and took away Tk 20,000 in cash, 30 tolas of gold, mobile phone sets and other valuables worth over Tk 0.8 million.
Habibur Rahman and his family were not at home, as they went to attend an invitation.
A case was filed.
