Robbers swoop on house, stab family members

NATORE, Aug 25 (UNB): Robbers swooped on the house of Abdul Latif and stabbed him and his family members when they tried to resist them at Gopalpur residence in the district town Monday.
Injured Abdul Latif, land officer of North Bengal Sugar Mill, his wife Mahmuda Akter and son Rabbi were admitted to Dhaka Chest Disease Hospital in critical condition.
Police said a gang of dacoits, numbering 10/12, swooped on the house at about 4:00 am.
