Governor of Rotary District 3281 Engineer M A Wahab, Rotary Additional Governor Abul Khair Chowdhury, District Governor-elect Md Ashrafuzzaman Nannu, former Governor K M Zainul Abedin and Executive District Secretary Atiqur Rahman, among others, attend a press conference on Rotary Year Programme 2022-2023 in the city on Thursday At the commencement of the 2022-23 Rotary Year, Engineer MA Wahab, Governor of Rotary District 3281, said Rotary International Null Bangladesh has spent over Rs 1 billion on implementation of public welfare projects across the country in fiscal year 2021-22.
Rotary's programme will be further strengthened in the next fiscal year, he said while speaking at a press conference held at the National Press Club in the city on Thursday morning, says a press release.
Chaired by Rotary Additional Governor Abul Khair Chowdhury, it was also addressed by District Governor-elect Md. Ashrafuzzaman Nannu, former Governor K.M Zainul Abedin, Dr. Mir Anisuzzaman, M Khairul Alam, Executive District Secretary Atiqur Rahman, District Secretary, External Affairs Shereen Bon, President of Cosmopolitan Rotary Khandaker Omar Farooq and Past Governors.
