Both the kidneys of Laxmi Rani Biswas have been damaged and she has to undergo dialysis twice a week. Her doctor has advised her to transplant kidneys.
A mother of two daughters, the elder of whom studies in Class III at Kamrunnessa Govt Girls' School in the city, she has no ability to bear expenses of her treatment.
She needs financial help for transplantation of one of her kidneys, according to a press release.
