SC judges\\\' team led by CJ meets President

A 15-member delegation of Supreme Court (SC) judges, led by Chief Justice (CJ) Md Muzammel Hossain, met President Md Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban Monday, reports UNB.

During the meeting, the delegation apprised the President of the SC activities and discussed various issues relating to the judiciary.

The delegation also apprised Abdul Hamid of some problems they are facing, and the President assured them of his all-out cooperation in resolving those.

The other members of the delegation are Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, Justice Mirza Hussain Haider, Justice Tariq ul Hakim, Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury, Justice AFM Abdur Rahman, Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed, Justice AKM Abdul Hakim, Justice Obaidul Hassan, Justice M Enayetur Rahim, Justice Jahangir Hossain, Justice Sheikh Hassan Arif, Justice Md Ashraful Kamal, Justice Md Jahangir Hossain and Justice Ashish Ranjan Das.

Earlier, Appellate Division judge Imman Ali made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban.
