Second int'l confce on July Uprising held at DU

The Second International Conference on the July Uprising (ICJR-2 2026) was held at the University of Dhaka (DU) on Sunday to mark the second anniversary of the July Uprising. This year's conference was organised under the theme, "Legacy of the July Uprising 2024: Accountability, Reform and the Future of Bangladesh."

The day-long conference began at around 9 am at the university's Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Building.

The conference was jointly organised by the Dhaka-based research organisation RIT, DUCSU, Youth for Better Future Society, the University of Regina (Canada) and the International Islamic University Chittagong.
