Security guard found dead at DU

A security guard of Shaheed Sergeant Jahurul Haq hall of Dhaka University (DU) was found dead in a library of the hall Monday morning, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Shankar Chandra Ray, 30, a security guard of Shaheed Barkat Memorial library in the hall.
Being informed by the hall authorities, a team of Shahabagh thana police recovered the hanging body of Shanakar from inside the library in the morning.
Other staff of the hall said Shankar had been suffering from mental illness and he committed suicide after locking the door of the library from inside.
