Rock icon Shafin Ahmed was laid to rest atop his father's burial site at Banani Graveyard in the capital on Tuesday, report agencies.
His first namaz-e-janaza was held at Dar al Noor Islamic Community Mosque in Virginia on Saturday at 1 pm (US local time) and his second namaz-e-janaza was held after Zuhr prayers at Gulshan Azad Mosque before his burial.
The kulkhani of Shafin Ahmed will be held on Friday at Gulshan Community Mosque after the Jumma prayers.
Shafin Ahmed's body arrived in the country from the United States on Monday.
The icon singer died of cardiac arrest on July 25 at a hospital in Virginia, United States.
