Six persons killed in separate incidents

Six persons were killed and many others injured in separate incidents in different places of the country during the last two days, report agencies.
In Mymensingh, two people were killed in a road accident at Bakshimul in Tarakanda thana Thursday.
The victims were identified as Jahidul, driver of a covered van, and Ripon, salesman of a pharmaceutical company.
Police said the mishap took place as a covered van and a truck collided on Mymensingh- Haluaghat road, leaving the two people killed on the spot at noon.
In Gaibandha, a paddy seller was beaten to death by a buyer at Hamindapur village under Jamalpur union of Sadullapur Upazila in the district.
In Chuadanga, a young boy Mukul, son of Azizul Islam of village Kurulgachi under Damurhuda Upazila of the district, committed suicide at his residence.
In Khulna, two motorcyclists were killed when a Satkhira- bound bus hit them at Kataltala under Dumuria Upazila on the Khulna-Satkhira Road.
