Squally weather may continue to affect the maritime ports as deep convection is still taking place over the North Bay, reports UNB.
"The low over Dhaka and Comilla regions has become unimportant," said a Met Office Bulletin Wednesday morning. It said that sea will remain moderately rough.
Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Mongla have been advised to keep hoisted local cautionary signal number three.
All fishing boats and trawlers over the North Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution till further notice.
