SSC exams: 32,000 students absent on day 4

More than 32,000 candidates have been recorded as absent on the fourth day of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations held across the country, reports bdnews24.com.

According to the Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee, the absences included 16,184 students from the nine general education boards on Tuesday.

Under the Madrasah Education Board, 13,144 students were absent from the Dakhil exam, while 3,064 students missed the vocational exams under the Technical Education Board.

The exams were conducted simultaneously at 3,875 centres nationwide from 10:00am to 1:00 pm.

On the fourth day, students under the general boards sat for the English Second Paper.
