Bangladeshi toddler Frank Peters Joseph Ali (14-mths) seems to have caught the spirit of fun as highlighted on Sir Frank\'s St. Patrick\'s Day greeting card.

St. Patrick's Day was observed on Monday in Bangladesh in a befitting manner.
President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina congratulated their Irish counterparts on the occasion commemorating the patron saint of Ireland.
In separate messages, President Hamid felicitated Irish President Michael D Higgins and expressed his satisfaction at the excellent bilateral relations with Ireland.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina greeted her Irish counterpart Enda Kenny and expressed her confidence that the bonds of friendship, understanding and cooperation with Ireland will further be consolidated for the mutual benefits of the people of the two friendly countries.
St Patrick's Day is one of the most celebrated events in the world. Although it has Christian origin, it is truly ecumenical and embraces all religions -- Muslim, Buddhists, Protestant, Hindu (etc) -- for a day of peace, love, harmony and fun... especially fun!
Bangladesh held its own St. Patrick's Day celebrations, mainly at expatriate clubs and private homes.
One of the most well-known Irishmen in Bangladesh is humanitarian and anti corporal punishment campaigner Sir Frank Peters.
Sir Frank has the distinction of being the only foreigner to receive the unique honour of having two Bangladeshi babies named after him by parents Ali & Poppy Akbar and Tareq & Tanya Ali.
