Sub-committee on shipping ministry pending cases

The Parliamentary Stan-ding Committee on Shipping Ministry formed a three-member sub-committee on Tuesday to give a report in one month on pending cases involving agencies under the ministry, reports BSS.

The sub-committee was formed at the 15th meeting of the committee at the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban with its Chairman Maj (Retd) Rafiqul Islam in the chair.

Committee members Shipping Minister Sha-jahan Khan, Talukder Abdul Khaleque, M Abdul Hai, M Nurul Islam Sujan, M Habibar Rahman, Abdul Latif and M Anwarul Azim attended the meeting.

M Nurul Islam Sujan was convener of the sub-committee while Talu-kder Abdul Khaleque and M Habibar Rahman members.
