SYLHET, Aug 28 (UNB): A teacher of Shahjalal University of Science and
Technology (SUST) was stabbed by a student at his office room on the campus Thursday morning.
The victim was identified as Prof Neaj Ahmed, chairman of the Social Work Department of the university.
Campus sources said Oyes Ahmed, a master's student of the university, entered the Prof Neaj's office room and stabbed him with sharp weapon indiscriminately while he was working about 10:30 am, leaving him seriously injured.
