Swaraswati Puja today

Swaraswati Puja will be celebrated today (Sunday) throughout the country with traditional gaiety, religious fervour and spirit of pursuit of art and knowledge which Goddess Swaraswati provides, reports BSS.

The Hindus worship Swaraswati, the Goddess of knowledge, music, art and culture, on the Vasant Panchami day with pomp and decor every year mostly in educational institutions, where the students seek the blessings of Goddess Swaraswati.

Puja will begin at 8am and offering of Anjali from 10am. The artists were seen giving the final touch at the idols and pandals Saturday.
