A weeklong solo tapestry exhibition of artist Tajul Islam will begin at the Gallery Cosmos in the city's Mohakhali area today (Saturday), reports UNB.
President of Bangladesh Enterprise Institute Farooq Sobhan, Ambassador of Spain to Bangladesh Alvaro de Salas will jointly inaugurate the exhibition at 6:00 pm.
The exhibition will remain open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm on October 07-13.
Born in 1946, Tajul Islam graduated in Fine Arts from the Institute of Fine Arts, Dhaka in 1968 and completed his MFA from the University of Chittagong in 1974.
