With the capital city receiving intermittent light rainfall on Tuesday, temperature has declined slightly.
The highest temperature recorded in Dhaka on the day was 32 degrees Celsius while it was 32.2 degrees the previous day.
However, the rate of humidity (RH) went up to as high as 87 per cent on Tuesday, compared to 77 per cent on Monday, according to the Met office.
The Met office recorded 3.0 mm of rainfall in Dhaka until 6:00pm on Tuesday. The country's highest rainfall of 104 mm was recorded in Cumilla.
The country's highest temperature of 33.5 degrees Celsius was recorded in Sandwip and the minimum temperature of 24.4 degrees at Tentulia.
The sun sets in Dhaka at 5:53pm today (Wednesday) and will rise at 05:48am tomorrow (Thursday).
