Temperature may rise today------------------------------

Light to moderate rain/showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisionsover the country until 6:00pm today (Sunday), according to Met office.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The country's maximum temperature on Saturday was recorded at 36.5 degrees Celsius in Sylhet and minimum was 24.8 Celsius in Teknaf of Cox's Bazar.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.3 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 26.4 degrees.
