Temperature may rise today -------------------

Light to moderate rain/thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flash is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi Khulna and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.

Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Saturday was recorded at 34.1 degrees Celsius in Tetulia while the lowest temperature at 24.3 degrees at Ishurdi.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 31.7 degrees Celsius on Saturday and the lowest was 26.4 degrees.
