Terrorists attack expat's house

SYLHET, Dec 22 (UNB): Terrorists attacked the house of an expatriate and looted Tk 80,000 at Shekhghat Kalapara in the city Friday injuring two caretakers.
Locals said a group of terrorists swooped on 'Durbar-1', house of a London expatriate, and looted Tk 80,000 from the almirah. They also ransacked the boundary wall of the house.
The attackers beat caretakers of the house - Sirajul Islam Lavlu and his brother Sadeq - with rods when they tried to resist them.
The injured were admitted to Osmani Medical College Hospital in critical condition. A case was filed in this connection.
