Mohammad Fazlul Kader, Managing Director of Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) inaugurating the three-day (Dec 11-13) MIDAS SME Winter Fair 2025 at the MIDAS Centre on Dhanmondi Road 16 (Old 27) in the capital on Thursday. Among others, MIDAS Chairperson Parveen Mahmu FCA was also present on the occasion. The three-day MIDAS SME Winter Fair 2025 began on Thursday at the MIDAS Centre in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, bringing together over 60 youth and women entrepreneurs from across the country.
The fair is being held from December 11 to 13.
Ms. Parveen Mahmud FCA, Chairperson of the MIDAS Board, presided over the inauguration function and set a strong tone for the fair, highlighting MIDAS's dedication to supporting entrepreneurship.
Speaking at the opening Managing Director of Palli Karma-sahayak Foundation (PKSF) Fazlul Kader encouraged young and women entrepreneurs. He also praised MIDAS for consistently hosting a unique and high-impact SME programme.
MIDAS reaffirmed the organisation's commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth.
The programme was attended by representatives from several women's associations and the private sector, underscoring the importance of the initiative.
A total of 66 youth and women entrepreneurs are showcasing and selling a diverse range of products, including clothing, jewellery, and other high-quality items.
The fair is open to all from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm daily, ensuring maximum participation and visibility for the entrepreneurs.
