Three-day workshop on bird flu for journalists

HABIGANJ, Dec 15 (UNB): A three-day workshop on "Bird Flu and Pandemic Disease Preparedness and Awareness" for journalists began at the local press club Friday.
The workshop was organised by PIB with the assistance of UNICEF.
Deputy Commissioner Ataur Rahman inaugurated the workshop, which was presided over by press club president Mohammad Amir Hossain.
A total of 40 journalists from Habiganj and Moulvibazar districts are participating in the workshop.
