Three minor girls drowned in Gaibandha

GAIBANDHA, July 28 (BSS): Three children drowned in a pond at Bhabanipur village of Ramjibon union under Sundarganj Upazila in the district Saturday.

Family sources said, three minor girls went to the pond for taking bath but they did not return. Later, local people recovered their bodies from the pond after a hectic search.

The dead were identified as Lovely (7), daughter of Bablu Miah, Rima (10), daughter of Chand Miah of the village and Khadiza (8), daughter of Khaleque of Sundarganj Pourashabha area.
