Thrust on obtaining computer training

MYMENSINGH, July 14: The students of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) have been suggested to obtain computer training in order to achieve professional skills and academic excellence as well as create employment opportunities.

Vice-chancellor of the university Md Akhtar Hossain give the suggestion while speaking as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of third batch one-year Post Graduate Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (PGD-in-ICT), said a press release.

The Department of Computer Science and Mathematics of the university organised the course with a view to developing human resources in the country under the auspices of Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology.

The chief guest said start practicing and learning the computer skills side-by-side English language that are essential to future career success and meet global challenges for obtaining job.
