The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to investigate the allegation of corruption against Md Maksudul Hasan, the manager of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd.
ACC has appointed its Deputy Director Mohammad Niamul Ahsan Gazi and Mohammad Abdus Sobhan as supervisory officer and investigation officer respectively.
The anti-corruption watchdog took the decision at its regular meeting on Wednesday.
An ACC official told the FE that the commission had decided to investigate the graft allegation against the Titas manager as they had received convincing information that he had amassed illegal wealth out of his known earning sources.
