Muggers snatched Tk 3.0 million (Tk 30 lakh) from a staff of a private company after shooting and injuring him in broad daylight at Dhanmondi in the city Monday, police said.
Police and witnesses said a gang of muggers intercepted a private car carrying Liton and Babul, staff of Asia Pacific Communications Company at Satmasjid Road at about 12:30pm.
