PABNA, Oct 28 (BSS): A court on Sunday sentenced life term imprisonment to two youths for raping a girl in Sathia upazila of the district in 2016.
The convicts are Faridul Islam (27) and Hafijul Islam (23). They are the residents at Pundoria village of the upazila. District Judge of Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal Md Waliul Islam handed down the verdict. According to the prosecution, Faridul and Hafijul raped the girl adjacent to her house on March 13 in 2016. The girl filed a case with Sathia thana.
