Two killed in road crash

JHENIDAH, July 23: Two persons were killed in a road mishap on Jhenidah-Dhaka Highway in Madhupur under Sadar Upazila Wednesday.
The deceased were identified Akkas Ali (45) and Shariful Islam (50) of Porahati village under Sadar Upazila.
Police said that a JR vehicle from Dhaka run over a passenger van at Madhupur Bazar intersection leaving two dead on the spot.
