UISCs to be turned into freelancing outsourcing centres

The country's 4,516 Union Information Service Centres (UISCs) will be turned into outsourcing centres for developing the IT literate youths as freelancers, reports BSS.
The UISCs, Polytechnic and other institutions are creating each year thousands of IT literate youths who could use the UISCs for freelancing outsourcing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Secretary Md Nazrul Islam Khan told a meeting Sunday with the mobile phone operator Airtel.
