UK issues travel alert to its visitors to BD

The United Kingdom (UK) issued on Thursday a travel alert for its citizens intending to visit Bangladesh or those who are already staying here because of political tensions, reports UNB.
"If you're currently in Bangladesh or intend to travel to Bangladesh, even if you're a regular visitor with family or business links, you should monitor news media and regularly consult this travel advice," said a foreign travel advice update issued by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
