The UNESCO has offered 'LOREAL UNESCO fellowships' for women scientists for the year 2008, reports BSS.
The fellowship will be awarded to 15 women scientists carrying out research on life sciences. The financial contribution of each fellowship will be 40 thousand US dollars, said a UNESCO press release.
Interested women scientists of 35 years or less have been requested to collect application forms from the office of Bangladesh National Commi-ssion for UNESCO (BNCU), BANBAIES Bhaban (3rd floor). Asian Highway, Palassy- Nilkhet, Dhaka-1205 and submit their application by August 30.
