US mission in Bangladesh to be closed Oct 9, 12

The American Embassy, including the Consular Section and the Public Affairs Section with the Archer K Blood American Centre Library and the Student Advising Centre, will remain closed Thursday (Oct 9) on the occasion of Durga Puja, reports UNB.
The Embassy will also be closed Sunday (Oct 12) for celebrating the Columbus Day, an American holiday.
