USAID administrator arrives Sunday

US Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Assistant Administrator for Asia, Ms Margot Ellis, will arrive in the city Sunday for a three-day visit, reports UNB.
A release of the US embassy said Ms Ellis' first visit to Bangladesh would provide her an opportunity to assess the first hand US government-funded development assistance programmes in the country.
In addition to meeting with development partners and members of civil society Ms Ellis will also visit several key USAID-sponsored programmes to hear directly from participants and beneficiaries.
