Vice-chancellor of BUET Prof Dr Saiful Islam delivering his inaugural speech as the chief guest at the two-day workshop on 'Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs)' organised by Technology Transfer Office (TTO), BUET, at BUET Council Bhaban recently. Dr Gouranga Chandra Mohanta, Project Director, HEQEP and Additional secretary delivered speech as special guest while Md Sanowar Hossain, Additional Secretary, Registrar, DPDT, presented overview of the workshop. The programme was chaired by Prof Dr Mohammad Arif Hasan Mamun, SPM, HEQEP-4020 and Director of IAT, BUET.
