National University Vice-chancellor Wakil Ahmed left Dhaka for Malayasia in the early hours of Sunday to attend the council meeting of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), said a press release.
The meeting will be held at Penang in Malayasia. He will return on 7th June (Thursday). In the absence of Ahmed, Pro-Vice-chancellor Jamal Uddin Ahmed in addition to his own duties will act as Vice-chancellor.
