Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Friday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls over the country.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 35.3 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and minimum was 24.0 degrees Celsius in Tangail.
