Light to moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymenshingh, Sylhet, Barishgal and Chattogram divisions, reports UNB.
It may occur at a few places over Rajshahi and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls over the country in the next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Wednesday).
Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may fall by 1-2 degrees Celsius over the country, the Met Office said.
The country's highest temperature 36.3 degrees Celsius was recorded on Tuesday in Satkhira and the lowest 21.3 degrees at Mymensingh.
The sun sets in the city today (Wednesday) at 6:49 pm and rises tomorrow (Thursday) at 5:11 am.
