Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over four divisions until 6:00pm today (Wednesday), according to Met office.

The country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 35.2 degrees Celsius in Rangamati and minimum was 19.5 Celsius in Nikli of Kishoreganj.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.7 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 26.5 degrees.
