Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Mymensingh, Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country.

Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. The country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi and minimum was 24.0 Celsius in Sitakunda of Chattogram.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.7 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 25.9 degrees.
