Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Tuesday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at a few places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy falls.
Mild heat wave may sweep over the districts of Rajshahi, Rangpur and Nilphamari.
Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded at 37.05 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur and the minimum was 25.18 degrees Celsius in Sayedpur, Sayedpur and Sayedpur respectively.
