Light to moderate rain/thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flash is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur heavy to very heavy falls at places over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Tuesday was recorded at 33.0 degrees Celsius in Dimla and Srimangal while the lowest temperature at 22.3 degrees in Ishurdi.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 28.8 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and the lowest was 25.5 degrees.
