Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.

The highest temperature in the country on Friday was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi while the lowest temperature at 24.5 degrees Celsius in Rangamati.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.5 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 27.7 degrees.
