Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today Monday, according to the Met Office.

It also may occur at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Barishal divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy falls at places.

Night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Sunday was recorded at 37.0 degrees Celsius in Kumarkhali while the lowest temperature at 24.4 degrees in Kutubdia.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.8 degrees Celsius on Sunday and the lowest was 28.0 degrees.
